IE to Google Chrome Help please

I had a problem with my emails & contacted BT help - wish I'd come here instead....... but I digress.....

They resolved the issue by setting me up with Google Chrome as a home page instead of IE where they said there was a problem. This was after they deleted lots of temp stuff/cookies etc.

The problem I have now is:

Can I/How do I move all my favourites from IE to Google? Can they be done 'en masse' or will I have to move each one as I use it?

Open Chrome - on the very right hand side there should be a symbol that looks like a spanner - click it and scroll down to 'bookmarks'. Another little box will appear and you should then see an option for 'import bookmarks and settings'.

Open up Google Chrome..

Should be a spanner in the top right corner , click on that.
Then on the drop down menu , click on Bookmarks , then click on Import Bookmarks and settings.

Then it gives you the option of importing from IE ..

In Chrome, go to:

Settings > Bookmarks > Import bookmarks and settings...

it's very straightforward.
