Parcelforce : poor behaviour

Does anyone have an email address or a mail address for Parcelforce complaints? I know they are not keen to respond and make it really hard to complain about anything, but this is the second incident we have had in the past month. The local depot seems to have a collection of yobs working for them who take delight in treating an older woman in a rude and intimidating way when delivering parcels, obviously there is an endemic problem there and staff have been negatively influenced and are ensuring they are as rude and offensive as possible when delivering to our address. Unfortunately, it is always my partner who is abused in this way as I am at work when it happens.
The website only gives that online form which I am aware they rarely, if ever, respond to. I certainly would never use them, given the choice, unfortunately we cannot choose delivery services when ordering online generally or we would opt not to use them ever again.
Would like to complain to their Head Office / CEO if they have such a post. Can any help with the email or mail address details, please?

Can't help with an address but have you tried calling your local depot and asking to speak to the manager there as a starter? The number will probably be available online via a google search. Good luck!!
Failing that the HO number is 01908 687000.0 -
whats the original issue?0

Rudeness of OP's local drivers. Not a job i'd want to do to be honest, madness on the roads coupled with tight deadlines and probably too many deliveries = Stress. No need to take it out on recpients though.0

Local depot manager is part of the the problem, so I need to escalate it to Head Office. Not wanting to go into details Custardy, about the actual incidents- basically just as the next poster said - rudeness by the delivery drivers. Unacceptable and unnecessary, if someone doesn't like their job theres no need to take it out on innocent people whose misfortune is that PF have parcels to deliver to them.
If anyone has contact details I would be grateful, thanks all.0 -
PW, have you checked in with the mods, they like to know when companies are posting albeit you are trying to help people.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

You clearly didn't read the forum rules (link at the top). It explains everything in there.0

Incompetence abounds at Parcelforce. They tried to deliver my parcel in the next road. Admittedly they got the house number correct but, the wrong, clearly signed, road.
Fortunately the householder at that address was kind enough to pass the card they left. I emailed and 2 days later was informed that the goods would be held for 2 weeks and then returned to the supplier. My comments obviously had been ignored.
I informed my supplier that I would no longer order from them while they continued to use Parcelforce as their carrier and they have, hopefully, caused a re-delivery.
I will now check with any supplier before I place an order to ensure that they are not using the dreaded Parcelforce - they are not fit for purpose.0
