1. No purchase necessary: The #WinWednesdays LG Competition is free to enter to all our facebook fans.

2. Terms:uploading your photo to us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

3. How to enter: Simply upload a photo of yourself with an LG TV to enter the prize draw. Only one entry per person to the Random Prize Draw.

4. Entry requirements: The #WinWednesdays LG Competition is only open to UK residents at the time the prizes are awarded. Employees of the Promoter, LG Electronics UK LTD, or of companies involved in the creation of the Random Prize Draw are not entitled to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental consent prior to entry. Proof of parental consent (a signed letter from a parent or guardian) will be required before any prize is distributed to anyone under the age of 18. Any employees of LG Electronics and its direct affiliates are not permitted to enter the competition.

5. Closing Date: The closing date for The #WinWednesdays LG Competition is September 13th 00:01. Entries received after that date will not be entered into the Random Prize Draw.

6. The #WinWednesdays LG Competition Prize(s): There is one prize to be won every Wednesday which will be awarded to the first name digitally picked at random from the entries. The winner will be awarded a Full HD 3D Camcorder. This is indicative of the type of prize available but no guarantee is made that a featured product will be awarded. However, if that product is not available then the Promoter will provide another LG product (chosen at its sole discretion) to an approximately equivalent value.

7. Notification: The Promoter will endeavor to inform the winner within 10 days of the winner being picked. Winners will be contacted via their Twitter account by private message and must supply their email address or telephone number. to arrange delivery of the prize.The prize-winner’s name and general location will be posted on the Website (and twitter username if permission is given by the winner). In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 10 days that winner will forfeit their prize and the Promoter may at its sole discretion randomly draw another winner.

8. Disqualification: If the Promoter believes that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions then the Promoter will, at its sole discretion, be entitled to withhold the prize and randomly draw another winner. If any pornographic or indecent image is uploaded the entry will be removed and possible reporting to Facebook may follow. LG Reserves the right to decide what kind of photo is deemed unacceptable to a family audience.

9. No exchange: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. However, as stated above, prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize at any time.

10. No correspondence: All decisions regarding the winners and prizes are final. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.

11. Liability: Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant as a result of entering the Random Prize Draw.

12. Amendment/cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or to amend, suspend or cancel the Random Prize Draw at any time and without prior notice.

13. Governing law: The Prize Draw is governed by English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
