They have computer data matching programs that are set to trawl the info that they hold about us, which is vast in scope. I stated in another thread that UK citizens are the most spied upon people in the world and that of course includes North Korea, China and any other nation with totalitarian regimes.
Yes, the state through its various agencies have warrantless access to everyone's accounts without their knowledge or consent.0
