Hi
I need help. In 2005 I took finance through carcraft. I paid this off in 2010 and got rid of my paperwork. Now im sure I'll be entitled to reclaim but I don't know where to start, I made payments through my bank to two separate companies one was the funding corporation and I can't remember the name of the other one, would I be able to find out from my bank? Do I complain to carcraft or the funding companies? If the companies do I complain to both? Do I need to know account/agreement numbers and dates of agreements?
Please help!!
Thanks

It is Carcraft you put both claims into, get in touch with your bank that you paid the Direct Debit from and the account numbers will be there.
These are Single Premium PPIand this is the reason for mis sell that you use, this was a loan on the loan paid to term end with interest, if you cancelled the PPI they would have given you a pro rata rebate of the PPI and the remaining PPI is still on the loan to term end.
If you settled this loan early then, as above, you would have a pro rata rebate and you would have paid back the remaining PPI in with the settlement figure.
Put that the full cost and unfair rebates of this PPI were not fully explained to you at the point of sale to make an informed decision.0
