Grrrr, rubbish sellers

I received two parcels today from two different sellers. It was all decorations ready for my wedding and both parcels were pap!
The first one was a joke, I order four items (balloons and strings) they were all stuff into a tiny jiffy bag and no even separated inside the jiffy! I paid four lots of postage (totaling £4) and the seller paid £1.09 postage and then for the tiny Jiffy. They can't have spent more than £1.50! The balloons are a vastly different colour to the ones on the auction and although I'll put up with it, it irritating! I emailed to have a polite rant and to recommend that redpolyman for more professional postage bags!
The second one was balloon weight which are scratched to high heaven and one broken beyond repair! I've emailed to ask for some non-scratched replacements so hopefully that'll work out fine. UPDATE: Nice lady has emailed me, she's going to swap them over for me. Rock on!
It just drives me bonkers, I wouldn't dream of overcharging so wildly for postage, or sending out such unprofessional packages. I must admit I'm also quite worried that they're both going to neg me for being stroppy so I may require advice soon if it all starts getting messy!
Ahem, sorry, rant over.

dont leave feedback until you have received it, that way if they neg you they'll know they'll get one in return. if they dont replace your order as you requested, stat a dispute as the item is "significantly not as described"0

Unfortunately you new the postage costs prior to placing a bid. Although I agree that items should be packed with care.
Why not contact the seller of the balloons and explain that you are not happy with the color. They might be able to resolve the problem.
Edit: just seen that you have emailed the seller.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
The thing is, I'm really not fussed about paying four lots of postage, as you say I knew the score and did go into with my eyes open. I just don't expect to receive rubbish packaging particularly when they easily charged enough postage to pack it properly!
Er, sorry still in rant mode! I'm sure it'll work out, I'm not too fussed that the colours are different to the listing (They're close enough for me to be honest) but they really aren't the same as on the listing! If they'd be well packaged I probably wouldn't have noticed! :-)
Edit: RBK just noticed your edit ;-)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0
