do not trust the boots 15 free voucher for love i film, as love i film is a terrible company i wish i had never signed up for the free dvd trial jus for this free voucher yea u get it eventually but they are a complete nightmare company!!!
they dont let u close ur account and send dvds back unless its like 7 days before it ends, and they are charging me 20 quid for a dvd they said didnt arrive even tho i posted it, 2 in one envelope like they said they got one how did they not get the other!!?? they are awful for customer service they will get u for every penny u have got so far i had to pay for 2 months and am being charged 20 quid!! i have at last closed my account, make sure u dont email close it as they dont allow this either!!! never gain!!! wot trouble not WORTH IT!!!!!!!

After reading all the orror stories I always send DVD's back seperately.
I think sometimes you have more then 1 dvd per selection - like special effects. The people at lovefilm sometimes assume if you send 2 DVD's then in fact it is only 1 DVD + 1 extras DVD you've sent so only scan the once

By sending them in seperately you have less worry of them making that mistake.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems with Lovefilm. I have been with them for about a year now and have had no problems. I am on a 3 dvd rental (at 14.99 a month) which I don't think is now available and the turnaround for the discs is very good. Maybe I've just been lucky though as I know that there is a lot of criticism of them on this site. If I were you I'd send them a letter detailing all your complaints and send it by recorded delivery.
