    Oh dear - sorry to hear that. Isn't there something they can do if he can't be found?

    they cant or wont do anything unless i prove he is DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Well, I didn't like to mention that but isn't there a time limit? (I'm sure you've looked into that). If someone can't be found I thought they were presumed .. errr ... dead.

    the court were quite happy that we had proved that we had looked for him and the judge signed on his behalf for the deeds to be put into my sole name.:j :j :j
  • Well, the bank are clearly mental then ... so no need to incur any costs selling to your now hubby - and presumably your ex can't turn up and ask for anything? Everyone's happy!
