baby carriers and car seats, advise please

we have a rear facing baby carrier the general type you buy. when you put it into the front seat the baby is facing towards the back seats so no issues there.

Is it legal to place this into a back seat also so the baby is again facing the rear with the carrier behind the front seat back rest?
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

Yes, they actually advise you to put baby in the back, even with the airbag off, the back is safer.

Baby seats should always be placed in the back seats
