I saw this on my free listing email from ebay.
"Additional verification may be required if you are selling more than 10 items per month.
Please click here to increase your selling allowance"
Has this always been the case or is it something new? I can't remember seeing it before.

Essentially it's a get-out clause for when people who have restrictions (and are not below standard etc.) complain that they didn't get their 100 free listings.
