Printer Cartridge

Hi Guys,

I purcahsed and Epson All-in-one form Tesco's £70 C1480, and i just purchased the printer obviously because it's an all-in-one, but i will only use it the odd time for C.V etc and the odd photo...So i am a bit worried about ink drying out, i have read that i should put some selotape around cartridges to preserve them for longer....was just looking for any further advice tips for maintaining printer so it does not dry out etc....is selotape good idea? etc....

I will probably use it once to twice a month if that, so any advice appreciated.....

i started my printer up the other day(after about 6 months) and it was fine,
so you should be ok.
