BT: added unknown numbers to bills

heya people, just wondering if anyone can help. basically my parents recieved their fone bill on saturday 17th. on the bill the outgoing calls included 47 calls to a premium line number.. later found out it was a compition line. however it would be fine if we made the calls but we didnt. :mad: BT were not willing to help resolve the issue and so my parents feel they have no choice but to pay the bill.
