Take a great photo of London celebrating this summer and you could win a special edition camera

Each week the Mayor of London will be giving away a fantastic camera to the photographer who best captures the excitement of a summer like no other.

There will be loads of unmissable free events and happenings taking place across the capital, including the Olympic rings floating down the Thames, dazzling light shows on the city’s bridges and outdoor festivals in every London borough.

There are 9 Lumix S3 cameras and a Lumix G3 up for grabs, so get involved, take a photo and win.

TO ENTER:

Entering our competition is easy, simply:

1. Get out and enjoy what a summer like no other has to offer, making sure to take some photos of what you see

2. Pick your favourite photos – they can be of an event, an unusual sight or a famous London landscape

Please note entrants must be 18 years old or over. Londoners* can enter as many photos as they like over the course of the competition. Other T&Cs apply.

The prizes consist of: nine Panasonic Limited Edition 2012 Lumix S3 compact digital cameras with leather case and memory card, and one limited edition 2012 Lumix G3 compact interchangeable lens digital camera. One Lumix S3 camera will be awarded for each week that the competition runs to the best photographs capturing the excitement of a summer like no other that week.
