A short while ago I realised my grandaughter had received a " secret crush " and had responded by answering two questions before I could stop her.
The questions were set so easy any child could answer them and by doing so, their phone account ( or yours ) is charged £5 a question.
I contacted them and they insisted that as the costs were printed in the terms and conditions, it was legal and there was nothing I could do about it.
When I pointed out that as my grandaughter was under 18 years old, she is not legally able to enter into any binding contract so they were breaking the law by charging the phone account. THEY IMMEDIATELY AGREED TO REFUND THE CHARGES, which they have done.
Please pass this on to as many people as possible, and them to do same, until everyone knows and claims back the monies illegally taken and are refunded.

If its this one then I would suggest running a full anti virus scan, either yourself or ask someone close to you who can help out. As you can see, you are not on your own.
I would also suggest renaming your post as you are suggesting facebook themselves are sending this out which of course they aren't.0 -

Your granddaughter, or anyone else under 18, can legally enter into a contract.
The only problem is that the terms of that contract are not enforcible against the minor.
That means that the company were not necessarily breaking the law on that point.
As for "claiming back the monies illegally taken", the monies were not illegally taken.
Having said all that, I in no way agree with their tactics and am glad you got a refund.0
