Hi We want to sell r house here in NI ASAP and Iv come across one of those companies that state they can "buy your house for cash immedietly" - the name of the one I came across is bestpricepaid.co.uk
How legitimate are thes companies? Has any REAL person had dealings with them and if so what are the pitfalls (if any) or are they to be avoided like the plague?
Please advise!!
Thanx hungergamz

From what Ive heard on here they'll offer you 90% then drop that figure like a stone to around 70% days before exchange.
So if you want 70% of value, go with them by all means.0 -
You'd be better off selling normally but at a reduced price. Check out similar properties and undercut them. Alternatively, try to sell at auction, at least you know that if it sells, that is it on the day. I wouldn't touch these buy quick places at all.0

Does anyone know the percentage the auction company takes when selling a property and what the cost is if it doesn't sell.0
