Breakfasts this week will be Red Grapefruit with either HEB Toast (syns for jam) or HEB muesli. (milk from HEA)

    Snacks: carrot/pepper/cucumber sticks

    Lunches:
Not planned yet but did cook up some chicken which I have mixed with some fat free fromage frais and v. low fat mayo and curry powder so if I can get salad bits - will be a relatively low syn lunch.

    Dinner
Have slow cooked some beef this afternoon with added peppers, lots of tomatoes, onions and carrots. This is dinner tonight and have leftovers to serve in the week.

Suspect Wednesday will be SW chips and ham with fried eggs :T

Am making again this evening as I've got my grandson coming for dinner but as he's wheat intolerant I'm going to use polenta instead of wholemeal breadcrumbs. This will make them completely free:D

    Denise

PS Made them with the polenta tonight and both DH and I thought they were better than when made with breadcrumbs because they crisped up better.
