I've meal planned from today to Mo day, so here goes:
Today: Synfree KFC, corn on the cob, baked beans & jacket potato
Fri: Beef bourgignon (I make enough for 6 portions only needs 1 glass of wine so 1 syn per portion); will serve with mash
Sat: LO over bee bourgignon; served with rice
Sun: Roast chicken; roast pots; selection of veg
Mon: LO chicken; SW wedges; salad
Had done to the end of the month but need to redo as DH only has the use of one hand at the moment so need things which don't need too much cutting up before I can start my dinner, LOL!

I'm hoping this thread can run alongside the other thread as an additional and useful tool to help us all on our SW journey.
I imagine there will be a new Spring into Autumn with Slimming World thread soon because I think its pretty close to 5000 posts ? and I think the forum bods like a new thread because threads with more than 5000 posts slow down the server.
I don't see this as a replacement and peeps can post menus/chat as they please on either thread. I'll still continue to post on both threads.
I was just keen for there to be a designated thread where I (and others) can post menus/jot down ideas/plan shopping lists etc/even keep food diaries.
I get frustrated because although there is a meal planning thread that appears weekly on the Board somewhere, I always have trouble finding it and since people only post for a week, all the history is lost which is a real shame. It will also be interesting to see how our menus change as we move from season to season...
I realise it can be a bit of a faff keeping up with two threads but I really need to get my head back into SW so anything that helps with this is worth it.0 -
whatever works for you FE - I'll certainly support youMediterranean Mum
