Hello, I know the rules on holding charity collections, however I was wondering if there are any extra rules about having a costume character holding a tin/attracting people? thank you :money:

I've no idea, but I know that some people would avoid you because you are dressed up - my daughter is terrified of people dressed in costumes, even though she is 21 and knows that it is just someone dressed up. On the other hand, costumes definitely make you more noticable.0
