Hi whats the best way of deleting 'McAfee Scriptscan for Firefox 14.4.1' extension in Firefox when there's no remove button?

Leave it at that then 'til you uninstall Mcafee completely using the MCPR tool I linked you to in your other thread.
If the MCPR tool doesn't remove it, it can be removed by deleting the corresponding sub-folder in the folder: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*profile.default*\extensions
