ford transit fuel pump

we have a ford transit van, the fuel pump went on it last 22nd september 2011, it broke down yesterday and was looked at this morning and its the fuel pump, is there any comeback for the garage to fix it as it is under a year, the fuel pump was a new one bocsh

yes the garage supplied and fitted to a cost of £930 hopefully there still in business, i will find out tomorrow
