    Any savings account for anyone over 18 would probably be ok. Some require "linked" current accounts that you may not be able to set up as a student.

    Google, or search the forum, for best interest rates. Consider ISAs since a) they pay best interest rates, and b) you are very likely to become a tax payer at some stage
