Carphone Warehouse Insurance

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me out with some advice of what to do.
I had a contract with Carphone Warehouse up until last August (2011) where I then transferred my contract to be directly with O2. While recently checking my back statement I noticed that a direct debit is still being taken out of my bank every three months for £29.95 and paid to Carphone Warehouse.
This isn't a phone bill as I am paying a separate direct debit to O2 once a month which I can see on my account.
I assume it is insurance as this was coming out every 3 months long before I transferred over to O2 but I shouldn't still be paying anything to Carphone Warehouse.
Can I claim anything back or will they say I should have cancelled the insurance separately from when I transferred to O2?
Hope someone can help.

Check your policy and see what it says about cancelling it. Cancel it now to stop the clock running!
If you are paying o2 for insurance, write to CPW and point out you have 2 policies running, show proof, and ask that they refund your premiums and see what their reply is, and take it from there.0 -
Possible that the policy may cover your new phone?
I would phone AND write to them to cancel, Dont just cancel the payments. Otherwise late payment letters will start.
Slap myself for not checking.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
