Can I claim back on critical illness cover?

Is it possible to claim back critical illness cover and life insurance? We were forced to take out this cover with H.S.B.C on loans and mortgages. We were told that unless we took this cover then we would be unable to have any borrowings. We have had to spend thousands over the years to the point of almost bankrupting ourselves. I would appreciate anyone that can offer any help with this.

its not PPI and it is highly recommended that you do take it.....the only way you could possibly say it was missold would be if you were single and had no dependants and therefore no one to leave the property to in the event of your death......your chances of success otherwise are extremely low if not zero......
