Hi Everybody.
Has anybody else had problems with Think Banking today?
I've had some payments go in over the past few days for unwanted items as I'm moving house. People have paid me via faster payments and everything has gone through fine.
Today somebody sent me the other half of their payment for an item (sent me half yesterday with no problems) and for some reason my account isn't working they have told me its in the salaries account but they cant transfer it to my card account?? The phone service isn't working, internet banking reports a problem and won't let me log in.
I have spoken to 'money managers' 4 times today and they are fobbing me off each time saying they don't know what the problem is but they are working on it and please be aware I'm not the only customer experiencing these problems!!
So, any experience with these muppets today anybody?
Other than this problem they have always been fine for me, no problems at all.
Really annoying, as I cant access my own money to pay for postage for the items people have bought, buy food, pay my Next catalogue (due today) and also pay off a loan I took out (which was due at 5pm).
