Check her bank statements from that time with whatever bank she was with [you can request them, and you'll have to pay, not sure how much]
the number against the payment, where it says loansdirect, is the loan number.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -

I have one piece of paper from her, yes one! and its a lloyds bank statement. It has the loans direct and the number next to it, but I am still none the wiser of who to write to about it if LoansDirect (who were in business in 2003) are no longer in business. Ah parents, they cause me a lot of extra hassle.0 -
It's likely then, that Lloyds bank brokered the loan, so you write to them, or at least phone them, give them your details, and ask them.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Hello, i had a loan from blackhorse and i tried to get details of it from them but they said they could not find any details for me. I just left it at that for a while but then i looked on my on- line bank account and i got a statement from 2003 saying i was paying money to loans direct and it turns out this is really Lloyds TSB. i phoned them with the details on my statement and they have started a PPI complaint off for me.Do not get confused ith blackhorse/loansdirect- its Lloyds TSB. here is the number 08456012683 and press 3 for new complaint. You will need your loan reference number and if you do not have it, go to your bank and get a statement from when you had the loan-it will be on there,i got mine from on-line banking so they will still have it, does not matter how long ago it was.0
