Hi Guys,
Looking for some advice really, I was a home call plus customer when they collapsed, and moved over to there new company Myhome365, however I have been trying to report a claim now for over 2 weeks and every time I ring they don't answer the phone and I get sent to voicemail advising me to leave details and someone will call back. This never happens. Having looked on the internet this seams to be a reoccuring problem with them.
Were do I stand I am thinking of moving my policy somewhere else. I have been looking around and have come across some but need some advise from people that use them already, as don't want to end up wasting my time and money like I am doing now.
homeserve.com - I have heard about these guys, they seam like the best deal as you can pay monthly, but are they just another big company who don't actually cover anything?
homeemergency247.com - Never heard of these guys, its all pay upfront, which I don't mind as then its paid, anyone had any dealings with them?
My most important question is can you actually make a claim? as I don't want to waste my time and money trying to get someone out to help. If anyone has any advise on how I can go about dealing with my current insurer that would be a great help.

I came away from home 365 as they had really bad customer service and you was luck if you ever got to speak to anyone but i am now with Home emergency 247 and so far they have been excellent.
There staff are friendly and make you feel like nothing is to much trouble, i would recommed them highly. :j0 -
