Puncture repair - can a tyre be too worn?

    I've always found them good, but I use them alot. I never actually buy tyres from them though, but I use them for fitting ones bought on line, or used off ebay, and never have a problem with them fitting them for a tenner.
    I usually go down with a car full though.
