Credit card vs Loan

Hi all, Im looking for advice. I have a loan with glasgow CU that has £4k left outstanding, paying back £73 pounds over a 7 year period. Was reading the article on money transfer through credit cards, could it be possible for me to get a £4k money transfer through Virgin for example, pay off my loan and pay over the 20 month 0% period and then whatever balance I have at the end of that, basically become a 0% credit card tart?
