Illegal Change Charges ?

Princess Cruises charge £100 - yes £100 - to change a travel booking. In my case it took them 3 minutes on their computer. Is this also another rip off like the banks, and should we revolt also ?

I also found out recently how expensive errors in bookings can be, my Etihad flight ticket i booked through OPODO had me down as Mr instead of Mrs, when i asked for this to be changed they first quoted £75 over the phone and were to ring me back to arrange payment. None of this was recorded by OPODO.
I waited 3 days for them to call. I then wrote to OPODO asking for details of how to pay the £75 and returned the ticket as advised. OPODO phoned me back 2 days later stating that Etihad now wanted £125.
I argued and only paid the £75. I later found out that OPODO had made other errors to the new ticket. Fortunatly we were able to sort this out ourselves as their phonelines were unavailable both while we were abroad and since comming home, they have yet to reply to any of our emails.0
