1. Only one entry per person/couple.
2. The closing date is as specified in the prize draw, and Girlings reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
3. The prize includes return budget flights from a local UK airport (the choice of airport being at Girlings discretion) to Malaga airport, Spain. Travel arrangements to and from the airports in the UK shall be the responsibility of and at the cost of the prize winner.
4. Accommodation is for the prizewinner and partner in a one bedroom, self-contained apartment, within the Sol Andalusi Health & Spa Resort, Alhaur!n de la Torre. M!laga., Spain. The prize holiday includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort for both people for the duration of the 21 night prize holiday.
5. The prize includes the use of the gym facilities at the development for the duration of the prize holiday, but all other optional extras such as spa treatments, excursions, hairdressers etc are not included.
6. Any additional meals, snacks and all beverages not included at 7 above are the responsibility of the winning person/couple and not that of Girlings or Sol Andalusi.
7. Additional transport, such as taxi fares, bus fares or car hire costs, over and above transfers to and from Malaga airport to Sol Andalusi, are the responsibility of the winning person/couple and not that of Girlings or Sol Andalusi.
