I live with my b/f and we get no benefits, no other income besides my wage.

If your boyfriend is not working - is it possible he is eligible for some kind of benefit?

He has been employed for over six months, so he would not be entitled to JSA. They may be entitled to LHA, depending on how much their rent is.

we wish. Becuase of my wage, he isn't entitled to jobseekers and for the same reason we don't get council or housing benefit. He signs on but they only pay his NI. We keep trying for benefits but computer keeps saying no.

dmg24 - sorry did miss your post. anything is a help, fingers crossed we get it.
