Not sure if this is in the right place but didn't know where to put it. Thought i'd just put a quick not on here to help anyone who was struggling to work out how to claim their winnings. The Service had the sole purpose of generating high revenues and did so through intentional or recklessly misleading promotions

More exactly you pay them £1.50 and they spend about 10p of that on tickets.
