Cheap flights to rodez, we're next for honeymoon

Hi, I just got married and was hoping to book honeymoon for September. I found cheap flights to rodez from Dublin, for £50 each, and got car hire for £150 for a week. I am now looking for suggestions on we're to go for a break.
I was in Uzes in the Gard region last year and was looking to stay somewhere similar, with nice bakeries and cafes and plenty to see and do in the area.
Would like to stay in self catering to reduce costs.
