Best Euro rate in Edinburgh/Where to buy them?

Just been up town since im away in about 2 weeks. Most places are about 1.39. Our travel agent offered us at 1.41 as we booked through them but whilst looking in a shop on the South Bridge (Waverly) the currency place there said it was 1.428.

When i asked if its likely to go down she said she reckons it will climb!

Anything better than that in the city?

If you have a Marks and Spencer that has a Bureau de change, you might find the rate to be more competitive than the others.

So I take it she does her bit in the travel agents just to unwind when shes not moving billions in the high powered stressful world of currency speculation:rolleyes:.

Try Travellex, order it online and just pick it up at the airport.
