Fluid Travel Insurance

a few weeks ago I took out some travel insurance from Fluid, paid and asked for the documents to be posted to my home address. Due to happenings around that time, loss of dad, sorting out his affairs, looking after mum I completely forgot about it. The other day I realised I have not received any documentation, I have searched my emails and cannot find any correspondence from them. The money was taken from my account on 21st June and has a reference number. I am due to travel on 23rd July, and notice the only way to contact Fluid is email....just wondered if anyone has any contact number for fluid travel insurance, as I have emailed, but it is pretty urgent.

I tried the number and they cannot help, they only deal with the claims

You have to log into their site to obtain copy documents.

Ive tried the number for non emergency claims, they cannot help, Ive tried the number for the home insurance, they cannot help.
In a right dilemma now, what do I do, tried searching the internet for a contact number for "Fluid Travel Insurance" without success.0 -

The only reference appearing on the bank statement alongside the payment is a 14 digit number which is too long to enter on the log onIs it the one you mentioned in post one with the payment?
Ive tried my DOB in the format **/**/**** and also my date of start of cover in format **/**/**** but its still not right0 -
