Hi
I would like to trasport all my messages/settings/rules etc. etc. from my old computer to my new one. As I always used Outlook Express I intend to contnue using it on my new PC, but it looks like there is no easy way of exporting and then importing the data... or syncronising OE on 2 pcs...
unless I've missed something!?
Anyone knows of a good way of doing this?
Thanks.

If you already have oulook express installed on your new machine you can simply copy the whole outlook express folder on your old machine to your new machine. This should move all the messages. Put the contents of the old folder into the folder on you new machine.
The folder is pretty well hidden, so do a search for "outlook express".
Not sure if it moves the accounts and rules as well. If it does not then you can export the account settings and re-import them. Not sure how to export the rules, as I have not done this before.
You can also copy your address book. do a search for ".wab" files and copy the old file over the file on your new computer,

If you've got XP use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.
