i would like to know if my car can be impounded here in colorado for outrageous tickets i got in california. the tickets are over due, and its my understanding that i do not have to pay them as long as i dont go back to california for something like 5 years... and since colorado is not california why would my car be impounded for something i did in another state, its like getting a ticket in canada and being impounded here in america. california has no business affecting me in another state, there's no federal system tracking people with unpaid parking tickets across the country to impound their cars, that'd just be asinine. california is a rip off of a state... its a whole and a huge trap. also the tickets got sent back to nebraska and i live here in colorado. i doubt they could find me anyway.
