I was made bankrupt and while in bankruptcy I did not investigate my PPI claims.
I am now discharged.
I have had a range of credit agreements in the past that I would like to investigate my PPI’s
As I am now discharged , Can I claim?
Even though some of those credit agreements were wiped out as part of my Bankruptcy?

You can still complain if you have been discharged. However, if your complaint is successful, you will not receive the money. It will be paid to the OR and distributed to the creditors you did not pay.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
