Need some help please, in Feb this year i booked a Accomodation with the above company at Vista Flor Maspalomas, when we arrived we were told that they had no notification of our booking, even though i gave them the voucher from the company i booked with. The accomodation cost around £580. It was a sunday and the reception told us that the manager was not there and asked us to wait in the foyer. Which we did for two hours, in the end they said they would put us in a bungalow but could not guarantee that we would be there the next day. They put us in a bungalow right next to the cleaning dept. So at 7 every morning, all the cleaners and bins and bags etc were outside our bungalow, then the door would not lock properly, we repeastedily asked to be moved but was told that they were full up !!. The complex said it was not posssible and the company we booked with said they kept asking, after the fifth day we said enough was enough we unpacked our cases and stayed in the bungalow, as we only had seven days left. I have complained to the company, and sent numerous e mails and in writing but to no avail. They said that the door was fixed straight away when it was not and that we refused to be moved which was a lie. Please can you tell me the next course of action. It put a dampner on our holiday, because in all of this no one will take the blame for not being booked in.:(
