Can you reverse a reversible shower door after installation?

Hi

My builder called me at the office to ask if I wanted my folding shower door to open on the left or right. I was nowhere near the flat, so I asked him for his recommendation, he suggested left. I went with that.

I visited the property this evening and I find the shower controls hard to reach from outside with the opening on the left (the controls are on the right).

Can I flip the door over?

I think you mean rehang it the other side (flipping over means turning upside down to me) in which case the answer is yes but don't forget you'll have to make good on the side you've removed it from.

It's not a good thing to ask a builder for his recommendation, the answer is usually what is easiest for him.
