Road Trip

Hello..
Hopefully someone can help me plan a road trip, as i don't have much good at searching for things; as i haven't got a clue where to go,
Since Last Year me and my two uncles go on a trip in Europe, Last year we went to Paris by Driving.
Now this Year in October we want to go somewhere in Europe that's nice to go and easy to drive too.
Now if anyone has got any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
Info Needed: City of a Place to go or Town??
Places to Stay??
How to get there by car??
Which way to go Ferry or Eurostar and How?
I live in Romford btw.

Do you think you could get into Florence, (although maybe not first choice for your uncles!) more culture than you can shake a whatsit at and not too far from the sea.
Futher than Paris (obviously) but not too bad a drive these days.0 -

M11 to Stansted would be my first choice,
but look at any good upto date map or the internet for a suitable route.0 -
