Job advertised many times........

Sometimes they dont bother taking the jobs off the websites, after the vacancy has been filled.
Just like most of them cant be bothered to let people know they have received their cv, or that they have been unsuccessful.0 -
I have done exactly the same thing with a job that is advertised on total jobs, I applied twice, but after apply the second time after hearing nothing yet again, the company readvertised the same job a few days ago and this time said at the end please only apply once. Advice to OP don't waste your time they didn't want to know first time they ain't gonna want to know a second time.0

It's an odd one.
If they wouldn't interview you without media experience last time, it's likely that they won't this time either.
It could be that media experience is an absolute deal breaker, and they haven't found anyone with it yet.
I think I'd phone up and mention that I applied previously. They may state that they have already looked at previous applications and that there is no point applying, or they may encourage a repeat application. Either way, you'll know you are not wasting your time.0 -

I'd be thinking the company can't hold onto staff and thanking the stars for the lucky escape.Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0

Could be they keep sacking employees before their probation period ends, to avoid pensions/legal obligations etc.0

Probation makes no difference to legal obligations (contractual aside).
I'd suggest that people keep leaving and it's not a good place to work.' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
It's often difficult in the said industry to find new talent that will stay, and there's also an issue in many circumstances with new recruits not being accustomed to the said department.
I'm always said to be a nightmare boss, however something that can be said is that my staff tend to stay with us once they've joined, as with a rapidly expanding company, there are multiple opportunities.
Apply again, if you get rejected, then this is the case.
They may see your determination if you keep applying, and offer the job.
