Some Sold Cream, Wrong Description

I sold some cream the other day. Instead of putting "rich cream", I accidentally put "light cream". The brand is a posh one. I was trying to put a lot of things on and I guess I rushed and did the listing incorrectly.
Anyway, sent the item totally oblivious to the error. Buyer has just contacted me and said they are not happy, but in a nice manner without being shouty and scary.
Do I just go ahead and give them a full refund and tell them to keep the item if they want it or give it to a charity shop? I can't be bothered with the hassle of having it sent back etc etc. If so, might they still negative me?

You did describe it wrong, if you give them a full refund and let them keep it, I am sure the will be happy and give you the positive feedback the gesture deserves. Just one of those mistakes thats easy to make, I would see it that way.0

I can't really expect them to send it back to me. I was the one that made the mistake. So far the buyer has been so understanding, I just hope they remain that way.0 -
I don't see why they wouldn't be happy, you made an error and you are going to rectify it, at no cost or hassle to them.
No reason to neg you!
