How long is apiece of string?
It is pretty well impossible to calculate without seeing the job in hand, there are many variables i.e. quality of toilets and different price ranges also the kitchen sink, is it inset stainless steel, grp or some other material, if inset will it fit in the same hole in worktop(not all sinks are the same size). are toilets low level or close coupled will the drain be in the right plce i.e. position off the rear wall or height off the floor depending on how the original toilets were plumbed, if you are getting like for like its not a big job but each area charges can vary greatly, Think the best thing would be to get 2 or 3 quotes by reputable tradesmen you know or that people can recommend
