We've just had an outage on our Virgin broadband, and I logged into my router to check things out.
I then powered it off for a few minutes and back on again, and the layout of the GUI had changed.
I'm wondering if there has been a software update?

I started with my Super Hub on R30 firmware, then it got upgraded to R36 (with a different GUI, and the router stats now produced via a button at the top right of the home page, and not via "Advanced Settings"). Yesterday I found that the firmware had reverted to R30. (No, I don't know what they're playing at...!)
But 30 Mbps for no extra charge is better than the "original" 10 Mbps...
Addendum a day later: the firmware on the cable modem has now returned to R36! Ho-hum.0 -
I now have R36 with the new GUI, which wasn't there a couple of days ago. My broadband did go down for a few minutes yesterday about 8.30pm so maybe that was the update coming through.A straight line may be the shortest distance between two points, but it is by no means the most interesting.0

Mine was really slow after the upgrade. When I looked in the MTU setting page it was like 20. I reset it to 1494 and its fine again.Fred Bloggs0

One of my kids complained that it has been really slow.
I think I'll power cycle it and see what happens.0
