Approval process of NatWest Platinum CC

in Credit cards
Hi all, was wondering if anyone could possibly give me an idea of what's happening with my CC application. I rang up NatWest the other day to cancel a standing order that was due out for payment, while on the phone the operator mentioned that a colleague wanted to talk to me as I've been selected for a credit card with them.
I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with this guy who suggested either the NatWest World Your Points MasterCard or Platinum card - the Your Points being best for purchases and Platinum best for balance transfers (22 months, 0%). I went ahead with the Platinum and gave the advisor details of my HSBC CC that I wanted the balance transfered.
At the end of the conversation he said that their credit assessment churned out the credit limit of £4,200. I was also 'selected' for the Faster Application service where the contract was to be emailed for me to tick a box to sign my electronic signature - never happened.
NatWest sent me the credit agreement in principle last Friday and I sent it back immediately via Recorded Delivery. I received a text from NatWest today to say 'Congratulations your application for a credit card has been approved, please sign the paperwork we have sent you and return.' I assume this means the credit agreement in principle - yet already signed it?!
Have checked my NWOLB and no record in there as of yet. Two 'Callcredit Check CR6, Limited Subject Access Request (158)' marks have appeared on my credit report, one on the 13/07 and the other 17/07 although the address recorded with both of the checks is infact an old one of mine.
Quite confused as to what is going on. Whether it's been definitely approved, maybe approved or waiting to go through the AVU. Anyone have any ideas?!
Many thanks,
James

There's no need to be sarcastic. I provided a detail situation and all you have to say is that non-sense? Useful replies much appreciated.0

I recently got accepted for the Natwest Platinum....I applied online and was told would hear within 7 to 10 days, couple of days later they conducted a search with Experian & Equifax....did not hear anything until received SMS to say that card was on its way....0
