I have to complete form rp2. I wondered if anyone can advise, my claim for notice is from 2/6 to 13/7. I signed on on the 1/6, signed off on the 25/6 as I was going on holiday between 27/6 and 12/7 and was not entitled to claim jsa whilst not in the uk. I have read that the jsa is deducted from your notice, will they deduct it for the weeks I was abroad even though I wasnt entitled to claim it?
Many thanks

Quite possibly yes. I was told by the liquidation company that is dealing with my claim (very poorly i might add)..that they would deduct jsa from me whether i claimed it or not. so it would appear it doesnt matter one bit whether your on holiday, claiming, not claiming or whatever, the chances are they will deduct it anyway, which is madness....but there we go.0

i have had issues with my payments from insolvency service, pay, notice and redundancy, it appears they do what they want, how they want and avoid answering questions on why or how they arrived at the figures, the receiver I spoke to was saying they don't even answer the phone to them so no chance for joe public.0

Yeah i know what you mean ian103.."issues with my payments" isnt even the half of it with me!....no letter, no nothing, (certainly no money!)..called the edinburgh office, who in fairness were fairly helpful, and they had no knowledge of my claim, been trying to get hold of the liquidation firm thats supposed to be dealing with my claim since monday, the word "nightmare" doesnt begin to describe this debacle.0
