I'm sorry if this was store specific to my store, as I can't see it on mysupermarket, but Chocolate Mini Max was on offer from £2.69 to 67p in Sainsbury's Camden Town today.

I'm pretty sure they are just Frosted Wheats but aimed at kids.
Same ingredients, all that's different is Mini Max has Vitamin D.
Frosted Wheat;
Shredded Wholewheat, Sugar, Humectant (Sorbitol), Beef Gelatin, Niacin, Iron, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12.

I have eaten a box before and the MM cereal pieces are half the size of the FWs. FWs are the same size as Shredded Wheat Bitesize.
There was a brand Kelloggs used to called Toppas - which the name is still used in Canada and Europe.0 -

Kind of off topic, but thank you for posting the ingredients, I never would have thought to check if they were vegetarian or not! You may have saved me!0
