in IVA & DRO
from a company called fresh start finance. It's always a different number and they want to talk about helping me with my debts. I am already in an IVA and I have told them this but they keep calling.
I am getting 5 - 6 calls a week and it's beggining to !!!! me off.
I think they work on behalf of a company called harrington brooks but whenever I type freshstart finance into google there are lots of debt managment companies that come up as they use that name as a slogan.
I have asked them many times to stop phoning me.
How can I get them to stop phoning as I know TPS is not 100% reliable?

If you are in an IVA then their phone calls are a nuisance but nothing more. They can do nothing. Why don't you ask them to send you some paperwork, and then make them wait for a few weeks? After that, send it back.

I may just do that.
I dont owe them money and they are not my IP so they must have got my details of the inslovency register unless one of my creditors has sold them my details.
I now have 20 blocked numbers in my mobile phone and they are all this company. Last time one phoned I used an air horn on the phone that was 3 days ago so maybe they have stopped.0 -
yes it is annoying but all you can do is referr them to the IVA (Supervisor) etc, the creditors cannot do a thing0
