Smile still not increasing its savings account rate

Am I missing something or have you noticed that the Smile savings account rate is still just 4.25% (and only if you have a Smile current account, if you don't its 4%). After three rises in bank rate since August 2006 Smile has increased its savings rate by just 0.25%. I've complained and the reply I get is that Smile is still competitive and anyway it has an "ethical stance" - well how about giving customers a decent interest rate? (especially as you can easily get over 5% everywhere else). Time to move from Smile.
